1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Examora iOS mobile application ("App") provided by EDROIDA GÖRSEL TEKNOLOJİ HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ. ("Company").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you declare that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms as binding. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the App.
2. Purpose of the Service
Examora is a learning assistant app that provides AI-powered real-time support during exam and interview preparation.
The App provides: Real-time translation of the other party's speech into Turkish (Apple Translation), voice capture of your question/answer (SFSpeechRecognizer), AI-assisted answer suggestions based on selected specialty, contextual support referencing preparation materials (PDF / text).
Examora is a teaching tool; it does not guarantee final exam results or professional success.
3. Account and Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities conducted through it. Do not share your account credentials (email, password) with others. Users under 13 may not use the App; users aged 13–18 may use it under parental or guardian supervision. Creating an account with false identity or misleading information is prohibited. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@edroida.com.
4. Acceptable Use
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using the App for illegal purposes
- Collecting or processing others' personal data without consent
- Attempting reverse engineering, decompilation, or source code extraction
- Attempting unauthorized access to the App's servers or infrastructure
- Using automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools
- Uploading content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
- Creating harmful, threatening, or harassing content
5. Ethical Use and Exam Integrity
Examora is a preparation and learning tool. Whether to use the App during an actual exam, interview, or assessment — and whether this complies with the relevant institution's or exam rules — is at your sole discretion and responsibility. The Company cannot be held responsible for your violation of third-party rules or codes of ethics.
6. AI Services and Limitations
Examora generates AI-assisted answer suggestions. AI answers are for informational and educational purposes only; they do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or engineering advice. Generated answers may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Always seek expert advice for critical decisions. In licensed fields such as medicine, dentistry, or law, AI suggestions must not replace consultation with qualified professionals.
7. Audio and Microphone Use
Microphone access is used only during active sessions. Audio data is not shared with third parties or permanently stored on our servers. Speech recognition performed via Apple SFSpeechRecognizer is subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
8. Subscription and Payment
Free Plan: Basic features are provided. Pro and Premium Plans: Advanced features are offered via monthly or annual subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Cancellation and refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store policies.
9. Suspension of Service
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms, misuse of the App, legal requirements, or technical or security reasons.
10. Disclaimer
Examora is provided "as is." The Company does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully suitable for any particular purpose. The Company cannot be held liable for incorrect or incomplete AI answers, consequences of users' decisions, or service disruptions due to internet outages or technical failures.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For disputes arising from these Terms, amicable resolution shall first be sought via support@edroida.com. If resolution cannot be reached, Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
